Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
